Aluminum adhesive tape

Aluminum adhesive tape such as CMC 90100 is used, for example, in air-conditioning technology, in refrigerators and in housings as a reflective surface. There, aluminum adhesive tapes reduce heat transfer through IR radiation. But aluminum adhesive tape is also used as adhesive tape for vapor barrier films, for example in house construction. And CMC 90150 is particularly suitable as a masking film in painting processes because of its polysiloxane adhesive. This adhesive can be removed without leaving residues even after a powder coating baking process.

You can obtain metal adhesive tapes (copper adhesive tape, aluminum adhesive tape, lead adhesive tape) from CMC for electrical connections, as heat conductors or as (gas-tight) vapor barriers. The metal adhesive tapes are available with and without electrically conductive adhesive. Customized productions (e.g. steel film adhesive tapes) are possible.

In electronics, mechanical engineering, air-conditioning technology, electroplating - adhesive metal films are needed everywhere, and some of them perform very different tasks.
